In a small bowl, mix 10 grams of the sugar with a pinch of cinnamon and set aside. This will be used later to coat the fritties.

Peel the apples, slice them thickly, and use a knife to remove the core. Set the apple slices aside.

Melt the butter and let it cool slightly.

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, remaining 30 grams of sugar, and cinnamon. Add the egg and melted butter, stirring until combined.

Gradually add the milk while stirring, until the mixture thickens to the consistency of a thick pancake batter.

Heat a little oil in a frying pan.

Pat the apple slices dry with paper towels, dip them into the batter, and fry in the hot pan until golden on both sides.
