Melt the butter and let it cool.

In a bowl, combine the flour and baking powder.

In a separate bowl, mix the two sugars, cooled butter, and eggs until well combined.

Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until well combined.

Fold in the chocolate chunks and roughly chopped hazelnuts.

Chill the dough in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F).

Shape the dough into evenly sized balls and place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
